WatchPCI offers buyers free shipping for orders over € 59 for Belgium and some other countries in Europe except Slovenia and Sweden, which must have a basket over € 160, for Slovakia, Romania , Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Finland, Estonia are subject to payment when selecting the shipping address. It is up to the buyer to correctly enter the delivery address; In case of problem when sending an order, due to an error in the delivery address of the buyer, WatchPCI can not be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the risk of damage and / or loss of products is borne by WatchPCI until the moment of delivery to the address indicated.

If the buyer receives an item that he has not ordered, he must inform WatchPCI as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail (or via the contact page of the Website) . The buyer will return the product at the expense of WatchPCI, after receiving instructions from the latter for the return. WatchPCI will then ship the correct product to the buyer, provided that the buyer has fully complied with the return instructions from WatchPCI.

In case of delivery to the buyer of a damaged or incomplete item, the buyer must inform the WatchPCI customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) via the website www .watchpci.com. WatchPCI will then decide how to handle the complaint. The client must always inform WatchPCI in the above mentioned situation (s) and wait for instructions from the WatchPCI Customer Service Team. A customer who, in such a situation, returns an item at his own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for his instructions, may not require WatchPCI to reimburse committed (nor hold WatchPCI responsible for the return that occurred without the prior consent of WatchPCI).

If the order that has been shipped or is being shipped by WatchPCI to the buyer, is missing, has disappeared or if the buyer claims to have not received the order (despite carrier tracking / information the contrary), the carrier’s claims handling procedure will be launched and it will be necessary to wait for the outcome of this procedure before any refund or re-shipment can take place. Buyer will cooperate fully with the carrier’s claims handling process. If a shipment has disappeared due to an error on the part of the carrier (and after completion of the carrier’s claims handling process), WatchPCI will refund the purchase to the customer or attempt to reship the ordered item.

In case of shipment not delivered to the delivery address of the buyer (or the collection point) 14 days after the date of shipment, the buyer has the obligation to inform the customer service team of WatchPCI by e-mail within 14 days (so: as a last resort 28 days after the date of shipment).

IN HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed after 14:30 will be processed the next day. The processing process for orders introduced before 14:30 varies depending on the product ordered and will be shipped generally the next day after the usual checks.

Other countries: 3 to 5 business days

The delivery time depends on both the country and the location. An order that is shipped to a rural area may take longer than an order shipped to New York City (which is close to an ‘example’ UPS hub airport). The expected delivery time in business days, as mentioned on the product’s advertisement, differs from one shipping country to another. Please note that for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied upon arrival of the goods at the specified delivery address. CAN I FIND MY ORDER AT WAREHOUSE OR INTO WATCHPCI OFFICES?
